Tattoo Removal Factors to Consider

Several additional factors can affect the long-term outcome of your treatment. Older tattoos are easier to remove than newer ones; tattoos applied by amateurs are easier to remove than those applied by professionals. Certain pigments are easier to remove, with blue and green inks being the least responsive to treatment. The brand of ink used will also affect the results. Your provider can advise you on what to expect based on your particular tattoo.

What are the Risks and Limitations?

With modern lasers scarring is quite rare and the more closely pre and post treatment instructions are followed by the patient the more success they will have.
