About Tori:

Tori Skaggs is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Specialist. In 2007 she attended the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle Washington. After attaining her esthetics license she attended the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale Arizona earning her certifications in Laser Hair Removal, IPL, and Fractional laser skin rejuvenation procedures.

Next, Tori attended The Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver Colorado studying under Lorenzo Kunze. With Debbie Caddell as a mentor Tori went through an apprenticeship program at Caddells Laser Clinic and started working for Caddells in 2008.

Tori has an Associate’s degree in Business-entrepreneurship. She is independently studying light therapy, and the effects of colored light for medical, psychological, and cosmetic procedures.

Tori lives in North Seattle and has been a nanny for 15 years. She loves cats and dogs, and enjoys dancing, working out, and running.
